1)Blood/violence/gore: Not so bad,read the first chapter and you will get an idea.
2)Rape: Not the cute "uwu no stop or I'm going to *****" it's rape, which is taken as a joke ("Go to bed or I'm gonna rape you" was said casually. This is the only one I remember but there's more). The character ends up giving up and then decides they like it. If you don't understand why is this unhealthy then better read something else please.
3) Toxic relationships: Well, it's weird to see an actual healthy relationship in a yaoi but anyways. The first arch is pretty wholesome but as the chapters pass by the characters become darker and more messed up. There's a dominant partner set in all but one relationships, not communication, etc.

@GabrielH, there is one female chara who dresses as a man, but it's not really much of a focus. Just a little but of yuri scenes.
