@loki266 I very much doubt that, they're not mafia hitmen. At least not intentionally, of course the girl might put up a 'sob story' to persuade them to take her on as client. However once the truth comes out, I'd rather not be her as at that point, rather than just the obvious lie, she'd just become a big liability for our duo, as in she might as well have a huge red target painted on her... They'd have no other choice but to take her 'out' to protect themselves.

Of course there might be more to the story and the guy might turn out to be some kind of monster, like that not being his first murder or something...
