The table of contents for the last volume (Which you can see at the start of Chapter 48) says that the final Extra chapter (I assume the 55.5) is called "10 Years Later". So it looks like things close out with a timeskip that I would imagine probably touches on every couple.

edit: this series isn't done yet, the raws have 74 chapters out. this is ch41.
