zeropadding pages

I think I read somewhere that you're not allowed to zeropad pages but I'm not too sure. Or was it just that you can't name a page '00' or '000'?
If so, would '00a' or '000a' be fine?

Zeropadding is okay for pages. 00, 000, 00a, 000a are all fine. It's only not allowed when you are uploading (i.e. don't upload as Chapter 01).
