isekai already exists. I know that's not the exact same but I'd say there's a ton of overlap.

it's the overview you get when you click Follows -> Manga -> Reading. the site keeps track of which chapters have been read and counting the number of new chapters since the last one with the 'read' mark shouldn't be too hard. the only tricky part would be taking language setting into account...

it's clear that the translator understands the Japanese, but their level of English is abysmal. the translator needs to get an editor or something. it'd just be a waste of time and effort to make a scanlation that can't be understood because of the poor level of English used.
