I mean, if you just wanna be a dick to your players you don't need to try that hard, honestly. There's already a wide variety of monster manual entries that exist for the sole purpose of making people miserable as it is. The tarrasque is also a thing. It's like Godzilla got isekai'd as a mary sue protagonist.
