Where's the marinade? Or at least the dry rub.

As a chef, this is really unsettling for me
 
@kiero13 As far as i know, atleast in tokyo, it's illegal to have open fire (even for cooking) outside of specified areas, unless you (somehow?) managed to get permission.
 
@Mogima good meat only needs salt and black pepper, that is if it is quality stuff in case it isnt to your liking then whatever floats your boat dude

all good chefs know that a great ingredient needs only to be emphasized in it's purest form
