The reason i thought Tanjiro lost an eye is because in the scene where he's looking at the sky (Our POV is looking at him directly from above) one of his eyes is darkened while the other is normal (with a white center), i think this happened because it got covered by muzan's flesh corruption. Same with Kanao, one of her eyes looks irregular, so i made the conection.

The goal or main point of the whole story is to cure Nezuko, nothing else and they did it (even if Tanjiro gets killed off). The MC is not some guy that wanted to be the best demon slayer (was and will always be Yoriichi) like other Shonen that they wanted to acomplish the best of the best (Naruto:Hokage, Luffy:OP, MHA:best hero) but someone that will do anything to cure her sister.

Im satisfied with how the author ended with this ark. Hopefully we see and epilogue showing all the consequences of all the deaths.

That's weird, in the chinese Scanlation, the last panel has the words writing something along the lines of:
" The long journey about the gate of death has shown in the end of all. Next chapter - climax, colored title page! "

I don't see that in the Manga Plus page...... which leads me to think that next 1-2 chapters will be the end as all motivations have been resolved. One chapter for the an emotional climax and one chapter for the resolution.
