@jak yeah, but it's difficult to move on from who he still thinks is his ideal girl, especially when doing so would also mean that he dedicated so much time studying for nothing, and he's not sure if the attraction he feels for Amano isn't only lust for her body.
I think for Manabu to finally accept his real feelings at least one of the following must happen:
a)he starts going out with Mikawa, only to find himself thinking more of Amano than her;
b)he finds that she was the one who wrote the message that gave him his motivation.

I only read the first chapter, a few chapters in the middle and then the last couple chapters, to get an idea of what this manga is. I feel like I haven't missed literally anything.

@bestboy I guess I just can't stand reading Japanese gag manga, then, because what's the point of seeing the exact same gag played out 600 different times? Dude sees Amano's panties/bra, dude flips out. That's it. That's literally the whole manga, repeated ad nauseam, ad infinitum. I hope I never get to a point in MY life where I find that entertaining.
