Arafoo Shachiku no Golem Master

@sjmcc13 oh yeah. In fact it's been proven that overwork actually lowers productivity. There were studies done about the whole "crunch time" in the gaming industry for instance and it came to show that not only did it not speed things along, it actually slowed them down.

Looks to be form a webnovel :https://ncode.syosetu.com/n6993dm/
So there should be a light novel somewhere as well ;)

@Eridian : To be fair, most western business practices are actually counter productive. America's wealth is the result of manpower and abundant natural resources (that had not been depleted over millennia like Europe and most of Asia) after WW2 destroyed most other industrial centers, not good management.

so you died to a slave driving company, got reborned and formed your own.
this kind of premise is an obvious basis for a bad isekai, pass.

Reborn as an elf this time, good! Enough with the full human/demon lord reincarnation.

Lol. Refreshing to not see the same reincarnation panel. But, idk about making mc a whiny baby. I get that he has trauma overworking, but nobody would really stick with their job if it’s making them insane, esp until they are 40 (maybe just my thinking). Also, he keeps on pushing responsibility elsewhere, not really adult.

I look forward how the dynamic of golem (literally mindless workers) and his trauma are going to interact.

@SweatyBrie : it is just your thinking. Often the black company employees are not able to quit due to various factors including the costs of living and companies bad mouthing those who quit to sabotage their chance at finding other jobs.

Plus one they have been there for a couple years they are afraid of getting stuck with a worse job and less pay.

@SweatyBrie
The social insecurity after leaving their job and backlash by the companies after ruining your reputation for quitting can be pretty bad

Man, the art is so ugly. The mc looks even worse than standard ugly bastard.

Those are girls in the cover?

When will these stupid authors who dont leave their basements realize, theres no such thing as being worked to death. Well thats if your not in a 3rd world country with slave labour. You can die on the job (workplace and safety harzards) but you dont work until you drop.

@Velsy The theme of "karoushi" has been discussed in Japan for decades now. It refers to deaths from heart attacks and strokes caused by work-related stress, attributed to working too much. You might even throw accidental deaths due to fatigue into the mix. Being "worked to death" is certainly a liberal interpretation of that, but claiming that it doesn't exist shows ignorance of current topics in Japanese culture. It's not the authors who are in basements...

I think it would have been kind of charming to see the guy reincarnated as a fat middle aged man with no hope in his eyes.

The golem army are way badass just to be use as tools for the mc wish they where in the story instead
