Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou - Vol. 5 Ch. 29 - Reunion

@JavelinJoe I see, well that's if they don't fuck up the next one... This one was bad enough already to make me doubt they'll manage it.

@N0Mi0

I don't know that much.

I'm also newly starting.

I provided link and title for the chapter with manga's latest events

I’ll probably look back on this chapter eventually and agree with all the LN readers here. But for now I’m just enjoying the current manga as is. It’s not perfect by any means, or even particularly “great”, but it’s enjoyable overall IMO and I’m looking forward to more.

Hm, I hope the anime follows the WN/LN rather than this. While I enjoy the manga, I prefer the atmosphere from the LN. Haven't read WN yet, but probably will once I catch up to LN.
He flicked the spoon at WhatsHisFace, instead of the rubber bullet, which is really fucking lame. Also, WhatsHisFace didn't show up during that 1-on-1 talk with Aiko at night.

For those who read the WN and are happy to see an image of Yuka:
An image of Yuka appears in volume 7 of the novel. A year ago XD

@Valerioluca
I Honestly thought Yuuka was fat from her description. 😅
Never saw her image when the WN was being translated. Even in the LN I can't remember if they showed her image.

So many changes in the manga from LN
Hajime using Gun with a rubber bullet to shot David. With his immense intimidation aura, Hajime tells the other knight "I am here for the mission, if all of you want to fight me I might kill you", the knight's back down, Aiko and the other students are trembling.
Hajime still considers Aiko as a teacher. There is no David interference when Hajime secretly meet Aiko. Hajime tells Aiko everything, the truth of the world, Liberator and his main goal to come back to Japan. Aiko tells that Shirasaki still hasn't given up on Hajime, it's trigger Hajime to tell Aiko that one of the students want to Kill Hajime by aiming Magic to Him when the bridge incident happen. Aiko shocked and want to follow Hajime no matter what to get more information about that

@UzukiP
He didn't fling food at the guy, he flung part of the spoon at him.
As in, a flick from his finger tore the metal spoon in half, and sent it flying with enough force to knock the guy out.

im i the only one who thought it was bad idea of him to talk to the teacher about this? no one will believe her and if she tells she heard it from hajime it will be even worse then it will put both the teacher and his party in danger. what a stupid move but then again this whole series is rather stupid so this adds up.

...Well there goes one of the most interesting moments in the novel sold cheaply... honestly how come with every adaptions goes the quality worse and worse... the actual romance in the novel is really nice, but here the romance is nonexistent... and did anyone see the anime? That isn't even Arifureta anymore...
