Auto preload full chapters

It'd be nice to not have to go through the menu and click the button each time I get to a new chapter.

What I would also like to see along with this is the option to load a full chapter when I use Long Strip option to read and not just like 5 pages. I always end up hitting snags with loading and would love to feel a more streamlined experience.
