Block specific chapters published under no group :rejected:

Is it feasible to block no group, but only for certain chapters or titles?

Another alternative that I can think of is to impose a rule where people have to be in a group (including one-man group) if they want to upload new chapters in the future.

Similar thread was rejected before doubt this will get a pass either.
