Blocking user isn't working.

I tried blocking a user so I wouldn't see their uploads like usual but for some reason it's not working.

Why would that be rejected that seems like the perfect solution. Also thanks for the help.

The "block user's forum posts" system being inseparable from a "block user's uploads" system sounds fine until you get to the part where many groups don't have the site determine who gets to upload their stuff
