I never called him a psycho, nor is it a psycho thing to have a guro fetish/baseless hate for people. Psychopathy is much more than hollywood movies. There's no reason to believe that his inner monologue was just faking it, who the hell ironically thinks to himself that "I'd love to see her face in blood and agony". Sure, his feelings for Yamada in this regard might've changed, but he still more or less hates other people, no?

@Regilius It was always very obvious that he was faking it, he is a chuuni who pretends to be some sort of edgy psycho to hide the fact that he his someone of a very low social status and no friends. He doesn't really hate anyone, just pretends as such. How do you not get it?
