Didn't know this was being translated. I read it on pixiv comic every month and it's a very wholesome romcom with likable characters. While I agree it gives Kimi ni Todoke vibes with the self-deprecating MC and salt of the earth male lead, BusuHana has a much lighter tone with a lot less dumb drama IMO.
