I think Tina is best girl, but I doubt she'll win. From what I've been told she's not even in the original story, as the "commoner" friend character in the WN is a guy.

Nobody is mistaken.
Charlotte simply also didn't demonstrate any interest in Slow in a romantic way.
Admittedly this is the fault of both the old and new Slow for coddling her to the point of frustrating her, as of now I can't see any romance between both working out when one side refuse any romance advances and the other side refused to allow the girl to demonstrate any real value, to the point of directly rejecting any lessons for her, aside from housekeeping despite her desperately wanting to do so.

There is a reason why in the old route, Charlotte run away with the hero.
He is willing to protect her while still allowing her to demonstrate her strength as a white mage without pushing her away, unlike new and old Slow.
