Can't Remember Title

I'm pretty sure it was a manhwa/Korean. I know it was in color and in a webtoon/long strip format. It was about a young boy with a creepy over-attachment to his brother. I'm pretty sure that it began with the creepy boy in a police station being interrogated by a police officer, and the boy starts telling the story of what happened. That's all I can really remember.
