An additional question, and please @ me if you know the answer: what's portrayed on page 9? Which painting? Something in regards to the fall of Icarus? The fall of vanity?

I also think this could be a way Denji processes past events, seeing as how this could be his fumbled with memories, done either by himself as a means of coping(understanding a situation / events) or Makima's influence. Page 14 seems suspicious, how he knows what's about to happen, what Power's holding behind the door. It's too illogical in an otherwise logical but mad situation.

Perhaps it's all in Denji's mind, some test by Makima. A weird dissociative dream, as to say.
