@backsong, i dont know how to reply, but this is what this has been built up to, hints of Makima being evil, Makima actually being evil, hint of Denji two friends dead, hint of the door, this was always promise to us. Like the tension keep building, this is what the story is build up for. The story is good, i know for you it's not fun fun anymore but Chainsaw man wasn't trying to be just another Naruto, or should i say a shounen like My hero. Chainsaw man has actual risk and tension that keep building up, keeping thing always tense without having to rely on another power escalation cheap trick that doesn't even consistence or follow any rule or make any sense or unique like 1%, 5%, 1000% like My hero.
