I honestly don't know why everyone is making a fuss about the kiss, there wasn't anything romantic in that scene. Harumi clearly hit Matsuri with her words and the younger one tried to play one of her usual tricks to put on a brave face and make it seems nothing can faze her. Harumi didn't react much to the kiss 'cause she's fed up with Matsuri's bullshit. I don't know if they're going to become the couple everyone is so obsessed with, or if theyr relationship will be a little more intresting, but there is still a long road before we could say "the ship has sailed".

The kiss didn't feel romantic at all (it felt like the usual Matsuri's playfulness) but if they do end up dating I'm sure we'll start getting sweeter kisses like we do with Mei and Yuzu. Harumin and Matsuri would be good for each other. They can help each other cope with and overcome their weaknesses and fears.

Matsuri will always be Matsuri. U can never tell whats in that girl mind.
They made a good job to keep the lvl of complicated relationship between the obvious ship the same as the prequel. At this point Harumi definitely dont see her as more than a troublesome girl.
