I don't think Colette is jealous of the relationship that Hades and Ment have! Obviously they're very much father and daughter love. She's just jealous of the time and devotion that Hades will have to direct towards Ment now, instead of Colette. She definitely doesn't think that those two are in any sort of romantic relationship at all, that'd be weird.
