[Cosmetic] Banned usernames and access levels not visible in the Abyss theme

saw my very first banned user account today, and it seems the "Banned" status color is black across all the themes which makes it invisible in Abyss:

for comparison's sake, the same page with the Dark theme:

edit 1: you probably already know this, but it also affects the username display on forum posts.
