Do You Think Someone Like You Could Defeat the Demon Lord? - Vol. 2 Ch. 5.2

@Notsuki_Ame it's probably not a bad idea to reread, because I may have also mixed in details from half a dozen other betrayed party member stories in the three-month intervals between uploads.

I burned through the whole web novel in about 75 minutes one night, and I think I skipped the interludes because "who wants to read something that's blatantly labeled as a side story" was probably my train of thought at the time...

So...half of the next chapter is out, which is 14 pages from what I've been told. Going to start working on it soon. Do you guys want to wait for the entire chapter (the wait WILL be bad) or do I release half the chapter when it is finished?

Diid the rest of party know that the mofo glasses dude sold the protagonist as a slave?

@onionskins havent read the web novels but from what has been shown so far everyone had an acquaintance to friend level relationship with mc. glasses screwed the mc and then told everyone she went home because she felt useless

Thanks for the translation guys, Also no, I do not mind waiting to get the full next chapter, is not like this series is made for people with short patience xD and I mean....14 pages... Ooff, that's like a weekly shonen manga now x_x so I'll wait regardless, thanks for the consideration.

As for this chapter today, man, I'm almost happy that things aren't going well for the "Hero party" they're lacking a lot AND a member too.

@onionskins extremely similar even down to the point of the sage being the asshole, off the description the only difference I see so far is the mc's goals

@onionskins

Nope, no one knew or expected the Sage to sell Flamm into slavery. In fact, most of the party are decent and kind people and cared for Flamm in their own way. However, they also realized that Flamm being in this party to defeat the Demon Lord was far too dangerous for a seemingly ordinary girl to undertake. So when the Sage lied about her leaving on her own accord, whether by persuasion/coercion, they at least felt that staying out of harms way and away from the Sage was for the best. However, everyone underestimated how evil the Sage was and did not expect him to actually sell a member of the hero's party into slavery.

@onionskins
I think "evil sage tries to dispose of main character to get at the hero," might be a standard trope at this point. It's also in https://mangadex.org/title/21143/

Honestly liking the manga more than the light novel so far. Thanks for the translation.

well well well if it isn’t a big tiddy demon lord who likes humans in a yuri manga

Are the demons the good guys ?
Doesn't remember they ever said that the demons attacked first after all....

Quick question to those who have read the WN
Milkit didn't get defiled as Flumm managed to save her before the deed was done, right?

Code:
Mod Note: Please use spoiler tags when talking about chapter-specific or future events.

"Do not kill humans"
"Peace wrecking humans"
Welp.

@Titan0fPower Releasing half chapters gives the option to read now or wait. Not releasing it give no other option but to wait. It's obvious which one is better. Anyone complaining about it are just FOMOists complaining about their FOMOism that are in denial and can't accept their social elitism of being a FOMO. Ignore them.

@dkuro
from the WN it seems like the church made up lies that the demon attacked first
(the church abandoned a village and said the demons attacked it)
when the lady just stopped the guy from killing the heros explained to mc
when mc was trapped in a cave
which turned out to be an church experimentation center for insanely strong demons where mc's name was spoken by them and writtern in some documents
that they didn't attack first
