Doughnuts Under a Crescent Moon - Vol. 1 Ch. 5 - The Moon is Beautiful

I'm so glad she got the courage to break away. I feel a little bit bad for her friends, they may not know any better, but hopefully they'll still be supportive of her when they realize that she's not quite the kind of person they thought she was.

@icekatze ya, was nice that she finally did what she really wanted :D glad to see it cause these two are just adorable together

Man, this is not even about being the gays or the straights. Being not-forced/pressured whatever into going for dates like that sounds like an excruciating experience. Her friends aren't even meaning ill, they're just trying to help her out how they think would be best and how they think she also wants to be helped because she doesn't say anything.
It's great she finally got the courage to do what she wanted to do, now to hope this doesn't end up in super drama.

this is so good!
I'M REALLY IN LOVE WITH THE STORY
THANK YOU FOR UPDATE IT

I Don’t know why
But I feel like Saka- whats his name is gay

Idk

this reminds me of Natsume Soseki's famous quote "the moon is beautiful" also translated or interpreted as "I love you" (sorry my english is bad)

You know, I'm always up for yuri fluff and the likes, but story feels so wonderful and real that I wouldn't even mind if it goes for a het route with them ending up as best friends and being able to be comfortable with each other.

Ok it might upset me a bit but what I mean is that this story has a lot of depth to it and watching the characterd grow little by little has been a wondeful experience <3

I'm shocked about the cute mug the section chief has. (p5)
Hopefully he's gonna change for the better as well.

So nice and wholesome. I really want this series to keep going. It's just fucking great.

Thank you for translating!

If you had told me that this was the last chapter, I wouldn't even be mad... Not one bit.

@Serenata I believe it is the end of the first volume, which would it explain why it has a bit of a complete feel to it. Chapter 6 is a lot more open ended again.
