Drop!! ~A Tale of the Fragrance Princess~ - Vol. 2 Ch. 8 - Before Departure

Ah Ronnie, your life is hard... at least you have a cute mistress making medicine for you.

shit i read til latest chapter at ch.8.... this series is boring af o_o... what the shite?

It increases urine and sweat, huh? Did that feel kind of odd to bring up to anyone else?

Classic denseness.

@SoloSera Not really. Easter medicine philosophies are all about balancing a body's "hotness and coldness", and "dryness and wetness", so a way to drain water is pretty natural. Besides that, getting your body to expel waste and toxins are naturally going to make you feel better, so this sort of medicine is great if used against the right ailments.

I've been thinking for a while but what happens if he's using Guile as an excuse to actually give Cordelia gifts himself? :D I actually like Vernoux x Cordelia and it looks really cute ^U^ Their interactions are so cute~~ (I mean what's happening in the LN?)

I knew a guy in university that was obsessed with using essential oils for various "medicinal" properties. He literally died 3 months later.

I don't like gille actually , for many reasons .
Vernoux is ,more interesting for now.

all the technological stuff always seems so half assed in these isekai novels. how many modern people are able to make anything at all without modern technology? seems really unrealistic that someone would know how to make any of this stuff.

also i dont give a flying fuck about essential oils

jesus christ i swear the more the kid treats "essential oils" as medicine the more I want to fucking slap her. Essential oils are NOT medicine. nothing wrong with them inherently but they just aren't replacements for medicine.

maybe that's why she iseikaied - she fucking died because she tried to treat her medical conditions with ESSENTiAL OILS.

@SoloSera If you've ever head of tea or other herbal remedies with a "detoxification effect", this is exactly it. Sweat and urine are how your body expels unwanted substances. (And defecation, of course).

@Deathhappens If I remember correctly, my post was more about how that seemed like a strange thing to bring up at the time. Like if you're talking to someone about a play and they start talking about a pie out of nowhere.
