Bright eyes, burning like fire...

O boy I wasn't expecting a Monty Python reference in Dungeon Meshi, but I approve. It's also funny how it almost completely overshadows Lauis & co finally getting face-to-face with the demon of the dungeon, and how the mad sorc is now heading their way to go medieval on them.

I think the rabbit has poison barbs on his legs or feet. That wing lion is so scared they all will die and leave him stuck in a book forever. Thistle wasn't tricked by the wing lion it seem and imprisoned him, but is the wing lion actually evil?

First: Holy Crap! They found the lion!
Second: Holy shit! Farlyn is coming!
Third: THE BEAST OF CAERBANNOG!
FINAL PAGE: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU...!

@l3arg The last few chapters have literally been going over the fact that the lion is most likely the demon tricking everyone, more specifically Laius.

The kick probably ruptured the carotid artery on that side of his neck. Laius could pass out from blood loss to the brain and the rabbits can feast on him at their leisure.

This might be the beginning of the end of the story. Also, Laius' pauldrons are raised around the edge for neck and face protection, yet he doesn't keep his shoulders shrugged up when hunting the rabbit.

Killer rabbits of DOOM? We Monty Python now!
Hope Laius will be okay. I love how nobody even protested his weird ideas at this point. Charisma 100.
