Eiyuu no Musume Toshite Umarekawatta Eiyuu wa Futatabi Eiyuu o Mezasu - Vol. 4 Ch. 22.2

You get reincarnated, and you get reincarnated! Everyone gets reincarnated run over by Truck-kun!

Now THAT is a good use of a trump card skill. While using it at every available possibility is one way of doing it, the bad guy didn't manage to use it to make a decisive blow. Reid really showed the proper skill in utilising it when there was the opening.

Too bad for the other guy, if he'd gone for a fatal blow instead of disarming, he might have won that exchange, or at least lead to a double KO.

Yeah, that was anti-climatic and disappointing. So Nicole actually identified herself as Reid. I guess she has given up on changing herself then, I guess? A shame. Might give this one chapter, don't know why I stuck it out for so long since the writing has been complete trash ever since the first kidnapping arc. Maybe keeping false hope and deluding myself it will get better.

A more skilled storyteller would have Nicole reveal she is the reincarnation of Reid have much more impact.

1.5 pages are really not enough for that reveal and the "Oh crap" moment for the bad guy.

@Red225 - I suspect MC let herself be disarmed to catch the other guy off-guard. It was a feint based on her having more weapons than the opponent.

@AMicrowave A collaboration. We don't want to fight over the manga, so why don't we work together, eh?

@Anchira What do you mean by that? Are you saying that 22.1 was missing? Perhaps you blocked our group?

@AMicrowave had been consistent over the last few chapters so it seems to be a different take on a joint release perhaps?

Dunno if the two teams literally do half a chapter each or if they simply credit half a chapter each way rather than the usual joint release. I'd be interested to know how it works, especially given it seems consistent between the two groups, apart from the credits pages I don't really notice a difference in style or anything (like what is redrawn & what is left, etc)

Edit: ah, ninja'd by @RimuruXD explaining it then.

@RimuruXD nope, i see your group, but the way the story goes, it feels like the manga omitted a lot. In the last chapter, the last scene was her bringing the man back to the house, the start of this chapter they're already in the forest, and struggling.

I don;t really care if two groups are working on this. All I care is that this mango is being worked on.

Thanks for the update

Nicole revealing her old identity was really misplaced. I mean, this guy was just another villain, so why bother? This was the first time of her talking about her reincarnation, and she did it at a point when it didn't even matter, since the guy died anyway.
