tbh the “not enough context” problem can actually be a good thing in oneshots like this so that you can focus more on the emotion in the moment rather than the story

only really good writers tend to actually try this because it requires a lot of thinking and rethink and to have pulled it off (even in just a oneshot) it’s amazing
