The manga is pretty nice so far.

Hopefully the manga fix some the problem Salem has such as Sanson's motivation for doing "that" and the weak climax.

The pace of this story is surprisingly good, the dialogue and action complement itself very nicely without leaving much to be desired, sure the stylized clothing and people accepting them if a little difficult to swallow ut it isn't like they, interestingly enough, didn't address this fact. They even take notice of the actual story facts to some extent.
