Holy shit, churrasco!!!

The special sauce she made its called "vinagrete" or "molho a campanha". Its a very common side dish to the meat itself on brazilian churrasco. It tastes great with cold beer and "farofa".

@maded That's the good life right there, bud. This chick did a great job, lookin' mighty tasty. I remember my family's churrasco gatherings: Picanha on the fire from dawn to dusk, salsichas and strips of fraldinha, coxinhas e peitos de frango. And of course, gallons and gallons of Skol! We rarely used any of the sauce you're talking about, though it was common. Salt and char is all you need as far as I'm concerned, but "cada um com sua mania", não é...? Good times.

If your making churrasco id recommend making chimichurri sauce since its pretty simple and doesn't require cooking. Just securely keep your oil... if you don't want it ending up all over your pack.
