IMO, Sensei's power is not super-hard/invincible body, it's death correction, since shinigami-chan couldn't cut him and her scythe actually phased through gori-sen

that said, I wonder if Saitama punch Gori-sen, what would the outcome be?

You said it yourself, His ability is death correction. Thus the outcome would be (assuming Saitama uses 100% of his full power) everything behind Gori-sensei disappears while he himself is a-okay.
