The developers or AI here are really crazy, they make the npc have feelings, and that they give it to an npc at the beginning of the game. Wow, cool.

IMO it could be some harsh variation of hypothyroidism, not bulimia at all. Since bulimia makes you skinny not fat.

@Noproblemo There are instances where bulimia doesn't lead an individual to become skinny. At the hospital where I worked, we saw cases of individuals who suffered from psychological ailments in addition to bulimia. There are instances in which they could only receive "pleasure" stimulation to their brain from eating. Thus, they would overeat, suffer from bulimia, and continue to overeat. In addition, with the significant amount of calories he or she ate versus the lifestyle they lived, the individual became fat.

The translator has correctly written the proper terminology for this article and has done a great job in explaining in the side note as to the wide range of conditions that span this disorder. My props to this scanlation group for bringing this to light.

These AI seem a little too lifelike, like it's cool but also kind of cruel from a game perspective to make an intelligent AI like the instructor just knowingly have to play their role somehow. He's just so human is all

I don't think the MC fits it 100% either but I think it's worth looking into regardless. Anyway, keep up the good work! Thank you so much for translating this!
