The setting of the story is something about the MC Inheriting a Mansion that has a lot of supernatural Relic and Beings like Sirens/Ghost etc.. That sort of inheritance is highly sought by some organizations or the government dont remember the exact details.

comedy, serious, recently updated... I remember one that sounds vaguely like what you describe, it is a comedy but I can't remember the name since it has been awhile since I read it. I think it was completed at least a year or more ago. It was an apartment type old house that housed supernatural beings and relics and I think the guy inherited although there was also a caretaker. I think he falls for the caretaker. Does that sound like it?

Your description reminds me of "RDB", but iirc that has robots rather than supernatural creatures, so it might not be what you're looking for
