Well, Hibiki is a character that would be a history figure where she will end up like Dazai influnce or any writer that's basically the "face" of generation of writing history. Her work would be a medium to future education or material as a reference.
I am actually interested in why Rika's work is bad, as Hibiki praised her previous ones. Considering people claim she is smart i was thinking she had a plan brewing, towards his father, but maybe not, seeing how it is going.
