@Merllemon Who's Izu? I can't remember the names of any of the characters but the MC (Iruka), Naga, Shizu, and Taito (the man with the impossible kanji). The lesbian friend was Kawagawa, or something like that.

Iruka is 25, Naga is 21, Shizu is 27 (has never visited a guy's home), Taito and Kawagawa (or something) ought to be close to Iruka's age, I imagine.
