[Home Page] Add a "Following/Dropped/etc..." icon in the {Top chapters} section

I like the Top chapters section on the homepage and the Top chapters page a lot. those are now my main sources of new manga to read, so I check them a lot.
But I can't remember all the manga titles I'm following or have dropped (I currently have 588 titles in my MDList...).
So a button like this

or an image like this

would let me know if I've already checked this title or not.
Maybe adding this to the "Latest updates"-->"All" section of the homepage would be good too.

Something like this (I tried different positioning, I thing the one aligned right after the title looks the best):

I've checked the suggestions already posted, but couldn't find anything related to this. Maybe not many people would use this feature, but I don't think that it would take too long to implement this, seeing that the script already exists for other pages. And it would certainly benefit my laziness
