I Am the Real One - Ch. 22

I agree with not wanting to see Dad forgiven but I'm sure they will reconcile in the end. After 18 years of neglect (100% abuse as others have stated) it should be really hard for her to accept him as anything but a liege lord. I feel like in real life she would be trying to turn one of those knights into her father figure instead, but clearly they're supposed to be older siblings with Joseph as ML.

So many people take what they have for granted and do not appreciate it.
Only when they lose it do they actually see the value of it again, but by that point it is too late.
Sometimes it only takes 1 action to break something, sometimes it takes years (most of the times combination), but once broken it can never go back to what it was.
I'm really wondering how this story will play out the relationship between MC and her father.

@Yamibi well... love could do something like that to people... Why do you think that there some people who went to bankruptcy because of a mistress they kept in the dark? Or decide to kill themselves after being dumped? Or heck, doing everything they could to get to the same place as the one they love, even when they didn't even want to be there or have different aspiration?

again too late... TOO FREAKING LATE DUKE!

why the heck a parent in manhwa/manga with plot like this always realize it when IT'S ALREADY TOO LATE.. you already realize her change when she call you "your excellency" and not "father" anymore, but you did nothing.. FREAKING NOTHING... now she gone far away from you and you using that face "OH MY LOVELY DAUGHTER GONE!" SCREW YOU DUKE!

I might've felt bad for him if he just ignored her but deep inside , he cared like a parent would and should. However, he believed outsiders over her and let her get falsely executed. You cannot go back from that.
I'm glad that she will leave at the end and won't give him another chance to put everything behind them.

Really do wonder... why now is he reacting?
If he was as cold as he was before, why does the memories of the future past shake him up so.

A bit funny he's reacting to her impromptu relationship though

"Do I even have the right to ask why you've changed...."
good, good, reflectttt and regrettttt
@Yamibi I don't think she was particularly smart in her previous life, but simply very reserved
If she were smart she wouldn't hv been framed by Colette for her bad deeds

Lol yes you don't have the right. Lol when she was young, you didn't even care if she was a alive. So why care now?

i almost felt bad for him but when i think of his negligence in the past timeline, he deserved it. u took her for granted, don't think for a second that she's gonna stick by your side forever.

Don't be so mean guys....
People reflect and change. If they don't, then they are inhuman
