Broad strokes here but I also left out the subplot about the destruction of her mother's homeland and the resolution of said subplot. We don't actually see much of everyone being shocked after she obtains her super magic because she rewinds time very quickly after both kingdoms start gearing for war. I also left out the detail that Clair wasn't the only person to retain their memories from the rewind, as part of the subplot I left out, someone who had some of her magic in their body got dragged back with her. But he undergoes a change of heart and helps out Clair because its the best way to ensure his family survives.
The 2nd half of the story is actually the rewind and shows how Clair moves around with her knowledge and smoothing things over. She originally wanted to fix Charlotte so she could assume being a queen properly but she refuses and ends up being a very bad person so she gets the boot. I don't recall it very well, but I think Charlotte is also a reincarnator hence why she refused to learn.
As for her father, family, etc, we're left to presume that they highly regret treating Clair like that, but not out of love or anything, but because they lost the greatest cash cow ever.
