Isekai kara no Kigyou Shinshutsu?! - Vol. 1 Ch. 5

@Satyam_SSJ10 I'm going to add my vote. "Retire" is the normal word in races and other competitions for withdrawing due to fatigue. If you read competition rules, that's the word that would be used for pulling out. In the context of a job, if she uses 'quit' there it sounds like a threat. 'If you pull out, it means your employment's over.' Frankly, that's how I read it until I read the note about the word actually meaning 'retire', then I understood what she was really saying.

*facepalm*

These noobs were so enamoured with "Oh magic!" that they completely forgot that they are literally being trained for life or death situations. Good thing the company didn't just toss them into the grinder without a proper introduction to the bullshit they'd be facing later on.

Hmm everyone who play mmorpg/rpg knows that tank & healer are very important and scarce because too many shithole dps that only want attack without think

Hm, well, this manga is pretty nice if you read it as as a fantasy adventure...

But as a fantasy job, it's often too unrealistic

Two things:
1. One of the Vanguard instructor, Nolife, 4th Commander guy, looks like a lot from various villains from Karakuri Circus in his design.
2. The company'd El Presidente, the 30th something demon lord, looks like he can be a fallen angel.

Throwing someone into overwhelmingly difficult training really doesn't help anyone in real life. Try putting people who haven't passed algebra into a calculus class and see how much progress they make.

Still, the characters are fun. 😋

I honestly just want our little dark elf chan to get with out mc already~ =^-^=

@Milanin
The same principle applies to mental and physical activity.

In physical activity, it's called Overuse Injury. It's a serious problem for people who don't have a proper exercise method. I know people who have thought that "more is better," right up until they blew out their ACL.
