@xyzzy
What kind of reader? Maybe a reader from some poor, war-torn country who has fought their whole life for survival and has only dreamed of a peaceful day. Otherwise why would anyone dream of being a farmer toiling every day in another world? He doesn't even have any challenges growing the plants with his divine tool. The amount of women surrounding him would already be a nightmare, not a dream. He's obviously quite a dull guy, but I can't see most readers wanting to imagine themselves dull.

Doing nothing will make you feel even more miserable. I know its hard to change coz you need a lot of motivation to do so, but in long run you will have more willingness to live your life full. The motivation part is the hardest to obtain
Just moving more during the day makes you less tired when you wake up (wierd? but it's true)
@Yourself I agree, I already lost track of who's who to be honest. But it's not really that much of an issue since, for me, the stars of this manga are the relaxed pace, the curious stuff that happens and interesting new species showing up.
@GodGinrai I used a variant spelling that also served as minor wordplay, see https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/LivingMacGuffin. I'm admittedly stretching the definition, but this is on purpose, not a mistake. The "MC" Guffin is an object pursued by all the major characters to some degree or another. He's more of a plot device than a person, really. More importantly, you seem to have missed the part where I am entirely joking.
