Ok so the problem with this chapter is that there are simply too many plot points being thrown at us and in doing so the story introduces some contradictions such as when Elaine got her memories back. In the first chapter she got them back as a kid but in this chapter she got them back as a young adult.
Plus there seem to be plot elements which are actually unneeded and apparently contradictory to the story such as the 2nd princes hair and so on. Plus the facilities are anachronistic in that you have a modern shower in an apparently middle age setting.
Like, I could go on, but I sincerely feel like the author is not really thinking this through. Nor is the artist.
