Jimi na Kensei wa Sore Demo Saikyou Desu - Vol. 5 Ch. 45

tbh, i can't get invested to this bitch, i don't even care if the king enslaves her to make her breed new rare magic user..

I hope to actually see some "struggle" in this fight. Kinda want to see the inner monologue with our protagonist's mind. Just doing the one-tap, which he can 100% do, would be boring.

Oh he is gonna do the"Swords are not the weapons,the users themselves are weapon",noice now this feels like badass and i wonder if the crazy yankee will join sansui's harem after this but she sure didnt learn her lesson even after the weaker ones defeated her

A lot complain that this series is boring, but when things are getting exciting, we got a cliff...

@Syavoir

No, I feel that later half is a bit off too.

@harvest
Not much skip, this is pretty accurate also academy setting is not out of nowhere, the thing is the academy and the King want Berseker rare magic and if possible teach it to the soldier.

@Aquacube11
Go check out most of the initial pages of this chapter, notice how each panel barely has a whole sentence. A few pages were basically used up to say something incredibly simple and terse...
So, yeah. This chapter was basically pointless, also feels like a huge skip happened out of nowhere.

@Syavoir @Kalamel
Janky to read, janky to translate. This is probably the first chapter of any manga I've ever read to make me this frustrated over whether the original meaning is even worth keeping because it's so fucking stupid to read.
I had to completely re-do the sentence "ここにいろ全員が手も足も出なかった..." because it's an expression used to convey inability to do anything, but literally it means one's hands and feet are tied, look up "temoashimodenai".
The "sly person" line on page 14 should've been updated to "Unfair person", but apparently I didn't export the page properly and it kept the previous one. That one's about to be fixed.
There's about 2-3 conversations, long conversations, that are split up into 4-5 speech bubbles when they didn't need to and completely confused me on whether the sentence had actually ended or not.
To explain the "Learning" conversation with the Principal, she's saying that because he's spent so long believing wholeheartedly in his Master's teachings, he no longer needs to fail during the learning process, while other people who are still studying their craft will continue to fail. See how janky this is?
Brauer's conversation with Sansui is weird too. All that really happens is that he asks Brauer if she thinks he's an underhanded or unfair person, she responds telling him that they're not really that similar and then it acts as if his attention is now split to the Berserker. It's not. He's still talking to Brauer in the final panel, which gave me so much frustration until one of my friends (ASD) helped me figure out what the fuck was going on in that last page.
To summarize, this chapter was completely filler, sucked dick to translate and I swear to God if the next chapter is the same bullshit I'll just drop the entire series. This one wasn't fun at all.
*Forgot to mention. The reason why this series sucks so much dick to translate is having to break sentences down and change them to be able to fit into multiple text bubbles, when realistically it could be done in one. That's my number one issue.

@Ren-chan
He's still talking to Brauer in the final panel
