@Luckyyle0 mc is the result of a test project, the animal intelligence came from the govt to create animals that can fight for them. They also weaponized humans with the same tech but the mc is like the perfect result in human and animal fusion. The test ended up going out of control and now the intelligent animals are trying to create their own land free from humanity. As for the reason why the land around that area collapsed, the govt prepared something to stop the jinmen from escaping and spreading their intelligence
