Not once throughout the chapter did Haru think or feel anything remotely along those lines. If anything, she had only pure thoughts, like being with them was refreshing, that they smelled like sunshine, that they were adorable. Absolutely nothing sexual. She'd be a sexual predator if she was grooming them, but she's not. She's interacting with them as if she was just another kid herself, which isn't too far off mentally from what she is. She was a high school student, and from what we saw from flashbacks, she seemed to have been a somewhat immature one. Then being thrown into this world where she has to sell her body to survive, it wouldn't be all that surprising that her mental and emotional maturity regressed a bit as it got forcibly surprised. Now she just wants to enjoy something pure, simple, and childish as a game of Kick the Can with some sweet kids. You can see this a lot in people who were forced to grow up too fast/soon, and end up with Peter Pan syndrome, where some part of them is always a bit childish.

Lastly, it's actually healthy for kids to have adult friends - to have friends of all different age groups, period. They learn different social skills from different age groups, and once they grow up, they'll have to interact with all ages anyway.
