@Umesan there is a dude in the village that is literally stronger than everyone on both side of the army who is also seen as a "big brother" by nearly everyone in the demon army. I don't think there will be a problem.

At this point, I'm expecting the old demon king coming back, kicking his son out and telling the MC that he is the new demon king.

So from spoilers that I found

it got out that the red head guy was the one who fired the MC so pretty much everyone in the demon army calls him an idiot and hates him. This caused him a lot of stress and turned him into a shut-in, he can be heard shouting in his room that he'll fix everything because he's the son of one of the 4 heavenly kings. Later, the 4 heavenly kings disbanded, the other 2 huddled up in their own territory while the earth one who knows the MC's worth went to look for him.
