The guy is pretty much my old coworker. Very nice lady but had no idea what indoor voice was.

Like he's clearly very into her (though Im not sure if she knows that)
But its not so clear if shes into him - she definitely thinks of him as a friend and admires his loud voice, but shes doesnt seem to have romantic feelings for him; she doesn't give any reactions that you typically see from manga characters when theyre in love >> no blushing, or shyness, or dialogue hints.

I hope she falls for him more at some point, he seems to just be a friend for now

It's cute, but I wish there was some relatability. If you have a problem like that in RL, you need to see a speech disorder specialist asap, not pretend everything is just fine. I'm always rolling my eyes a bit at such manga, because they use (sometimes serious) mental, personality or physical impediments for love drama. Something like this oughtn't be funny...
