There are a few things, that just jump into your face and want to skullf*ck it way too hard:

But the way I see it, and have seen it from various authors, she will be made to be the young elementary school girl that falls for the kind Onii-chan and spends her time being next to him. Eventually the story will wrap up, we get a time-skip into the future where they've both decided to stay in the world and help govern it, AND LO they will both be together and she will be an absolute beauty, good things come to those who wait etc.
