Kouritsu-Chuu Madoushi, Daini no Jinsei de Madou wo Kiwameru - Vol. 6 Ch. 39 - Hunting

First off, girl's a moron. Second, she's a badass when enraged. Too bad she's all offence no defence, but that is how enrage works, so still a giant liability. And god I hope Grain just goes away forever.

@Chet31 Having a glass cannon DPS will round out their party quite nicely, though, won't it? 1 offense and 1 balanced mage, 1 (magic) tank and 1 DPS

Just missing a healer and we gucci

So did the author forget that Zeff has a preeeetty strong FLYING summon?

@Chet31 she's all stat, no strat. And I don't think it's actually a full berserk mode, after all he only said it was "like" one. So with training she can probably harness it in a more rational manner. At least more so than the current Leroy Jenkins nonsense she pulled out this chapter.

When you party a high level berserker against higher level opponent but your support aint enough...
Fgo basics lol

With how this things go, I'm pretty sure that SOB Grain is probably going to slip away, gain the attention of a bigger big bad, acquire some major upgrades, continue being an asshole ruining others lives and will also likely take quite a few chapters to finally be put down. But hey, this is just my overactive, sleep deprived mind has come to conclude at this time.

...So, Cirush to be new teammate/harem member then?

Definitely not a full berserk mode since she obviously can tell the difference between friend and foe.

HOLYSHIT new waifu is fucking AMAZINGGGGGGG, def hope she joins the harem and gets alot of love screen time from MC, I can just imagine the other waifus getting hella jelly lmao

Red haired beastman with unbelievable close combat abilities instead of great magic...?

Fanalis, is that you?

@savris Unless he has some 'compelling' speech that he suddenly erupts before death that is somehow transmitted to the world to call the association into question so he is a martyr... you will be right if the cliches are used. The ONLY other way this can go is if he actually just ends up getting killed with no set up at all, but already dead before the next chapter even starts... but with that ending, that isn't going to happen.

Is it just me or is he just incredibly incompetent at leveling? Like he suppose to have prior knowledge and should know how to go about it at the basic level but basically suicides his team at every opportunity he gets? I guess the plot is just not holding up for me anymore.

Oh, good, they're going to let the criminal escape, huh? I mean, why else would they even bother showing him at all.

@devolth He has prior knowledge, yes, but the reason he even thought to redo his life in the first place was that he was an extremely specialized lone wolf. Ask him about red magic and he could probably talk until your ears bleed; ask him about group tactics and you'd probably get a blank stare.

@Vincentius No, he decided to redo his life because he wanted to travel further on the road of magic than he did last time. He didn't do it because he was a lone wolf, he just decided AFTER he "reincarnated" and meeting Milly that doing it with others MIGHT lead him to that goal, and that's why he originally decided to try that method. Along the way he ends up developing bonds with his new friends and yada yada yada.
It also didn't have anything to do with him being a specialized mage, he just finds through a magic that's only developed in the future that every person is born with a cap on their magic "attributes". I'm sure that if his cap on red magic was higher he wouldn't have minded being a specialized mage again(at the beginning of the story, at least). Or he might not even have developed his "reincarnation" magic, since it was the fact that his cap was lower than other people's that motivated him to actually create it.
