how exactly does he expect her to make the guns? guns are extremely precise in their designs, a single millimeter of in the design can ruin the gun and i doubt she is carrying around a miniature weapon factory in her backpack, probably plan to use a regular blacksmith and they aren't exactly super precise.

@Tamerlane Don't take this personally, but you know fucking well that the author is jumping them straight to automatic Gatling guns, auto-fed and cooled down using magic. The MC already used his magic to harden the walls of the buildings, what's stopping him from hardening the ammo into armor-piercing rounds? In Isekai there is no common sense when it comes to guns, it's either near-unstoppable firepower or nothing.

@Doomer The don't need to be precise, they just need to throw as much ammo in the general direction of the enemy army as possible. Then the melee fighters will move in to mop up the survivors.

Really, I can understand that. It's all about execution and plausibility. If your guns have that level of AP, then your opponents need to be able to match that. It's all about perspective.

Guys, guns CAN work on a fantasy setting as long as their technology "fits" with the tech-level of the setting. If someone comes with a modern sub-machine gun that uses current-era tech of course that it wouldn't fit. However, if they use the level of the setting, even if they're modern concepts, ¿why not?

I was also going to mention The Empire of Warhammer and the Dwarfs as examples, but @Tamerlane (You, sir, are a man of fine and refined taste) got ahead of me. But even then, they have more examples like Hochland's Long rifle (sniper rifle), repeater pistols/handguns (automatic pistols & rifles), flamethrower cannons or the best one:

Every single one of them fits, because even if they are rather "modern" concepts, all of them are made with the technology avaliable to them.

Telling her about a cartridge system (projectile+shell+gunpower, know as bullets nowadays) for instant reloading would have made sense. Telling her about a revolving bullet holding magazin or a spring magazing with shell ejectionsystem in the gun would have made sense. Telling her to made the projectiles spin doesn't make sense. Spinning projectiles have a more stabilized trajectory when ununiformly shaped and don't rotate the wrong way in flight as easily, but that should be a bit too complicated/to far of a leap for her. Why did she go "Ah!" about that, as if she'd know about it?

"Caveman, you've invented a torch. Any ideas on how you can make it even better?"
"Well, I could put the fire into a housing. Would make it easier to handle. I'd also need some sort of burning material, that can be replaced. A burnable fluid would be good to easily refuel it."
"Hmmm....How about we put a tungsten wire into a glasbulb, replace the air with inert gas and let an electric current run through it?"

Pennsylvania rifle vs the musket was around the 1700's, before revolvers, cartridges, and metal casing were either invented or gained popularity. Also she most likely already has a cartridge based system since the break action doesn't have a flint lock or other external variation to ignite the gun powder. Though since it's a magic world maybe she went the other way and through the use of magic and alchemic mumble jumble made a caseless round like the HK G11 or the old Daisy V/L used.

As for the Ah! she probably realized that would help her not miss shots as much. Since she knows a round ball tends to fly in any direction after a short distance and realizes that rifling would lead to more predicable flight paths.
